Product support

Use the public issue tracker for bug reports, compatibility problems, feature requests, and general support. Include the extension version, Chrome version, page where the problem occurred, expected behavior, and observed behavior. Do not post passwords, authentication data, private deck information, or other sensitive information in a public issue.

Privacy questions

Privacy questions may be submitted through the issue tracker. If a question contains sensitive information, request a private contact method rather than placing that information in a public issue.

Copyright and trademark requests

A rights holder or authorized representative requesting removal or disabling of material should provide:

1. Their name and a reliable contact method.
2. Identification of the protected work or mark.
3. The exact image URL, catalog entry, or extension feature at issue.
4. A statement explaining their ownership or authority to act.
5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law.
6. A statement that the submitted information is accurate, followed by a physical or electronic signature.

Sufficiently detailed requests will be reviewed promptly. Identified material may be disabled or removed during review. This good-faith process does not replace any procedure or remedy available under applicable law.
