Project license scope

The MIT License in this repository applies to the original +Ultra Online extension code, documentation, and original +Ultra Online logo assets created for this project.

The MIT License does not grant rights to third-party material referenced, displayed, or loaded by the extension.

Excluded third-party material

Card names, card text, card frames, card illustrations, game names, product names, trademarks, service marks, website content, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. This includes material associated with UVS Games, UniVersus, UVS Ultra, TCGplayer, and the owners and licensors of properties depicted on individual cards.

Alternate-card images are not claimed as original +Ultra Online artwork and are not offered under the repository’s MIT License. Source and provenance information used to build the extension’s artwork catalog is recorded in docs/extension_alt_art_catalog.json and related catalog reports.

+Ultra Online is an unofficial, noncommercial, community-created browser extension. It is not produced, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by UVS Games, UVS Ultra, TCGplayer, or any depicted property owner.

References to third-party names or services identify compatibility, source material, or the subject of a user-facing feature. They do not imply ownership or endorsement.

Rights-holder requests

A rights holder or authorized representative may request that referenced or hosted material be removed or disabled. Follow the process in support process and provide enough information to identify the work, the affected URL or catalog entry, and the basis for the request.

The project will review sufficiently detailed, good-faith requests promptly and may disable or remove the identified material while the request is being evaluated. This voluntary process does not limit any person’s legal rights or remedies and is not a representation that advance notice is legally required.
